3 Then (A)I took your father Abraham from beyond the [a]River, and led him through all the land of Canaan, and (B)multiplied his [b]descendants and gave him (C)Isaac. 4 To Isaac I gave (D)Jacob and Esau, and (E)to Esau I gave Mount Seir to possess it; but (F)Jacob and his sons went down to Egypt. 5 Then (G)I sent Moses and Aaron, and I plagued Egypt [c]by what I did in its midst; and afterward I brought you out.
